-Note which class and time you'd like when you RSVP.
-Strong by Zumba (SBZ) is NOT a regular Zumba class. It is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class with little to no dancing and plenty muscle conditioning and strength training. Click here to learn more about this specialty Zumba format, BEFORE signing up for class.
-For our Barre and SBZ classes, bring a mat/towel for our floor work.
-Each workout is 45-60 minutes.
-RSVP is HIGHLY recommended. Walk-ins are welcome but NOT guaranteed a spot.
