Hi, I'm Talitha, a designer by day and a dancer at heart. I loved taking dance and movement classes in y school years, but my job these days keeps me pretty sedentary. That's where Zumba comes in! My love for dancing/moving has been combined with effective cardio fitness and makes exercising so much more fun! I became an instructor to learn the elements that make the Zumba magic happen, and I got ACE certified to ensure our workouts are effective and safe, so now, I can give you VIP access to the party!
My Zumba Basic class isa moderate intensity, energy packed, dance fitness workout that features Caribbean, African, Latin, Pop, and Hip-Hop rhythms, all wrapped up in one hour that flies by before you know it! According to the US Department of Health and Human Services physical activity guidelines, "adults should do at least 150 minutes a week of moderate intensity...[aerobic physical activity]". Come make 60 of those 150 workout minutes a more sustainable and enjoyable goal.
New to Zumba? Or maybe you're already a pro and want a bigger challenge? No problem! I include movement progressions that make my exercise routine fun and accessible for everyone, just pick the progression level that works for you and party on!
