Welcome to Talitha Dance!

Hi, I'm Talitha and I am a dancer at heart. All through my school years I took dance classes and joined dance clubs because I love the way it feels to move to music. Nowadays I'm still moving and keeping fit and I want to share my joy with you!

According to the US Department of Health and Human Services physical activity guidelines, "adults should do at least 150 minutes a week of moderate intensity...[aerobic physical 
activity]". Whether you run, swim, yoga, bike, or dance, just 2½ hours a week, minimum, of moderate exercise will help keep youfit! My Zumba Basic class is a moderate intensity, energy packeddance fitness workout all wrapped up in 60 minutes! With non-verbal cueing, movement progressions, and huge smiles, this class helps make those 150 workout minutes a week a more sustainable and enjoyable goal.

You don't need to be a dancer or have lots of exercise experience to enjoy this workout. We're all from different backgrounds, here to be healthy and enjoy our fitness journey together. So whether you're a beginner to Zumba, trying to 
exercise more regularly and want social encouragement, or just looking for a workout you can commit to every week, you can getyour fitness party on with us! It might be just what the doctor ordered!
